SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within up to 14 business days or longer depending on conditions, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Each Nahala piece is carefully prepared, and fulfillment times may vary based on demand and production conditions.

Due to current conditions in Israel, including security situations, staffing limitations, and operational disruptions, processing and shipping timelines may be extended beyond standard expectations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
