TERMS OF SERVICE FOR NAHALA (OWNED BY NOTES OF STRENGTH INC.)
EFFECTIVE DATE: 09.12.2025
These Terms govern your use of https://thenahala.com (the “Site”), operated by Nahala, a project of Notes of Strength Inc.
By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to:
• Violate laws
• Infringe rights
• Disrupt or interfere with the site
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify pricing, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time.
3. DONATIONS
Donations are tax deductible as permitted by law and are processed by Notes of Strength Inc. Donation confirmations are sent via email.
4. SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT, AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within up to 14 business days or longer depending on conditions, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Each Nahala piece is carefully prepared, and fulfillment times may vary based on demand and production conditions.
Due to current conditions in Israel, including security situations, staffing limitations, and operational disruptions, processing and shipping timelines may be extended beyond standard expectations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After this window, orders are considered in production and cannot be canceled.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
6. FINAL SALE POLICY (NO RETURNS)
All purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Shipping delays
• Personal preference
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All policies are clearly presented prior to purchase, and by completing checkout, you agree to these terms.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@notesofstrength.com.
Claims must include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo or video evidence
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable.
8. NON DELIVERY CLAIMS
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including designs, images, text, and trademarks, is the property of Nahala and Notes of Strength Inc. and may not be used without permission.
10. DISCLAIMER
The Site and products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold harmless Nahala and Notes of Strength Inc. from any claims resulting from your use of the Site.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in New York.
14. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
